Do I need to register to make a purchase?

Yes.  Though registering is not required in order to browse the Yokohama Tire Merchandise e-STORE, it is necessary to finalize your purchase.  Registration is easy and will help us serve you better.  Your shipping and billing information will be saved and ready when you return to shop on the e-STORE again.

What forms of payment are accepted?

  1. VISA, MASTERCARD, AND AMERICAN EXPRESS
  2. Purchase Order: This option is to be used when a valid Yokohama PO# has been obtained or for orders placed by Yokohama Tire personnel.

Do you offer other methods for ordering products?

Can I have an alternate Yokohama logo or a Dealer logo added to the product?

Yes. Co-Branding is offered on most products with a minimum quantity purchase.  Logo and placement will first need to be approved by Yokohama Tire Corporation.  Please e-mail your request to yokohamastore@aaproductsmarketing.com or call our toll free number 888-675-4777


Can I order special items not available through the e-STORE?

Yes.  If you have an item in mind that you are not finding on the Yokohama Tire Merchandise e-STORE please send an email to yokohamastore@aaproductsmarketing.com with your request. We will then research the item for you and send a quote.  All Yokohama Tire branded merchandise must first be approved by Yokohama Tire Corporation.

Can I have my order shipped out of the Country?

International shipping is not available for e-STORE products at this time.
